These are areas of water that are defined from meander lines of the Public Land Survey System (PLSS) and General Land Office (GLO) surveys. These are not the official representations of coast or water lines and are representations of the lines marked by the survey along the boundaries of meandered water at the time of surveyTo provide the polygons of the originally meandered water areas. These are not polygons for Hydrography and should only be used for meandered water shown on survey plats.These is the meandered water areas as identifed in the PLSS surveys
